From 20% to 10% body fat: week 12 report

The twelfth week of my 16-week challenge to drop from ~20% to 10% body fat has been one of stalled progress.

After missing a couple of lean days, I decided to experiment with having an entire week of maintenance. That ended up happening, except for me going somewhat overboard on Sunday. It was interesting to see that my weight remained very steady, which gives me confidence about my prospects of maintaining my weight after I’m done with the challenge. The weight is also much more representative of a “steady state” mass, since on none of the days I performed significant caloric restriction.

For the upcoming week, I will do just two lean days, to get slightly under 73kg/89cm. For the last three weeks, I will follow a different plan that should allow for ~3kg fat loss in three weeks. That should get me to my goal. The challenge will end with a bang!

Will report again next week!
