I’ve been following some of the work of Bryan Johnson. While I’m not convinced about the likelihood of amortality (or even whether it is a good thing at all), I am very positive about his work, contribution and overall energy. Life is precious, and he is helping us put that truth in action.
Here’s what I’ve learned so far from him, directly or indirectly.
- Sleep, diet and exercise are essential and must be in place first. But then, supplementation makes also a difference.
- Going to sleep on time as the most important work of your day. That’s a briliant way to put it.
- Sleeping with a lighter stomach and less fluids also increases sleep quality.
- Health standards can be raised tremendously with proper focus.
- Reduce allergens from diet: peanuts and cashews. Among nuts, Bryan only seems to eat macadamia and walnuts.
- Be careful with the sun.
